What We Train

DISCIPLINES

Acro

Dynamic floor work, tumbling, and partner technique — built on precision, trust, and explosive athleticism. Whether you're learning your first cartwheel or training aerials, this is where strength meets air.

Ballet

Classical alignment, épaulement, and port de bras. The technical backbone that elevates every other discipline you study. Barre, center, and across the floor — every class, every time.

Contemporary

Movement research meets performance craft. Release technique, weight sharing, and spatial awareness for the thinking mover. Expect to sweat, fall, and discover something new about how your body works.

Contortion

Extreme flexibility and body control developed safely over time — patience, breath, and structural integrity first. This class is for serious movers committed to the long game.

Hip-Hop

Foundational grooves, cipher culture, and freestyle expression rooted in the tradition of the streets. Learn the history, develop the vocabulary, and find your voice on the floor.

Industry

Take the mystery out of the commercial dance world. This isn't a dance or choreography class; it is a vital business toolkit for anyone looking to navigate the entertainment industry, book professional work, and turn their passion into a sustainable career.

Jazz

High-energy, rhythmically driven movement fusing technique with performance presence and sharp stylistic detail. Jazz at B3 honors the roots while pushing the vocabulary forward.

Leaps & Turns

Learn every leap, turn, and variation to keep your technique cutting edge and fly and spin into every move flawlessly.

Movement Analysis

The FUTURESTAR MJ intensive — cross-disciplinary training that pushes boundaries. Limited enrollment. Serious movers only. This is where B3 trains its most committed artists.

Partner Acro

Two bodies, one movement. Develops trust, spatial awareness, and the art of giving and receiving weight, essential for any collaborative performer. Bases and flyers both welcome

Pointe

Classical ballet foundations through to advanced pointe work — building technique, strength, and artistry at every level. Pointe shoes required. Prerequisite: Ballet Intermediate or above.

Strength & Stretch

Targeted conditioning and active flexibility work designed for movers — building the body that supports the art. Not a yoga class. Not a gym session. Something purpose-built for dancers.

Tap

Broadway, rhythm, and classical tap — developing musicality, precision footwork, and performance flair from the ground up. Every step is a note. Every class is a composition.
